I just changed departments, but now I cannot access Banner. What should I do?

Answer:

Your Banner access for a department is revoked when you leave that department. To access Banner again:

  1. Go to the Online Banner Access Forms page.

  2. Log on with your PID and password. If you have forgotten your password, follow the instructions at Forgot PID Password.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit the form.

To view the status of your request:

  1. Go to the Online Banner Access Forms page.

  2. Log on with your PID and password. If you have forgotten your password, follow the instructions at Forgot PID Password.

  3. Click the Current Requests Status Report link.
